ரங்கநாதனின்
மூலவர் மற்றும் உத்சவர் திருமேனி
இந்தச் சுலோகத்தில் திருவரங்கனது உத்ஸவத் திருமேனியும் கூட்டி அநுபவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. திருவரங்கப்பெருமானுடைய திருக்கைகள் கண்டவர் மனத்தைக் கொள்ளைகொள்ளும் பேரழகு வாய்ந்தன ; வேண்டுவார்க்கு வேண்டும் பலன் அனைத்தையும் வாரி வழங்குவன ; அந்தத் திருக்கைகளில் வளையணிந்த வடுக்களும் விபவாவதாரத்தில் எதிரிகளை அழிக்க வில்லேந்திய நிலையில் நாண்கயிறு அழுந்திய தழும்புகளும் தெரிகின்றன. அத்திருக்கைகள் பெரிய பிராட்டி உறையும் திருக் கோயிலாகிய திருமார்புக்குப் பாதுகாப்பான பெரிய தாழ்ப்பாள் போலுள்ளன. அந்தத் திருக்கைகளில் ஏந்திய திருவாயுதங்களைக் கண்டாலே அடியார்களின் அச்சமெல்லாம் ஒழிந்துபோம். இவ்வாறு மிடுக்குடன் திருவநந்தாழ்வான்மீது பள்ளிகொண்டுள்ள திருவரங்கன், தன் பெரிய திருமேனிக்குச் சற்று முன் புறத்தில் தானே உத்ஸவத் திருவடிவுங்கொண்டு பெரிய பிராட்டி முதலிய தேவிமார்களுடன் இத்திருவரங்கத் தலத்தின் மத்தியில் அனைவரும் ஸேவித்து உய்யுமாறு காட்சி தருகின்றான். இது மட்டுமோ? அடியேனுடைய உள்ளத்திலும் அந்த நிலையிலேயே நித்யமாய் உறைந்து விளங்குகின்றான்.
The Majestic Lord Ranganatha’s Utsava and Divine
Forms
In this verse, along with the main divine form of Lord Ranganatha, His festival (Utsava) form is also experienced. The Lord’s sacred hands are of such great beauty that they steal the hearts of those who behold them. They generously grant all the blessings desired by devotees. On those hands, one can see the marks left by the bangles He wears, as well as the scars formed in His Vibhava incarnations when He held the bow tightly, the string pressing firmly against His hand while destroying enemies. These sacred hands stand like a strong protective bolt guarding His divine chest, which is the holy abode of Periya Piratti. At the very sight of the divine weapons held in those hands, all the fears of devotees disappear. Thus, reclining majestically on Adisesha, Lord Ranganatha, in front of His grand main form, also manifests in His Utsava form along with Periya Piratti and the other divine consorts in the middle of Srirangam, so that everyone may worship Him and be uplifted. Not only that, He abides forever in the same manner within my heart as well, shining there eternally.
