கருணையை தூண்டும் பெரிய பிராட்டி & பூமிப் பிராட்டி
உன்னிடம் எல்லையற்ற உயர்ந்த திருக்கல்யாண குணங்கள் நிரம்பியிருக்கின்றன. ஆனால் அவற்றுள் கருணையென்னும் குணத்தையே சேதநர்பால் மிகுதியாகப் பயன்படுத்திக் கருணைக்கடலென்று வழங்கப் பெறு கின்றாய். இங்கு உள்ள ஸ்ரீரங்க விமாநம் முதலியன மநு மாந்தாதா முதலிய மஹான்களால் மிகப் போற்றிப் பூஜிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளன. இங்கு உள்ள எதிரிகளோ அசுரர்களைக் காட்டிலும் மிக்க கொடுமை விளைவிப்பவர்களாயுள்ளார்கள். அவர்களால் இந்த விமாநம் முதலியவற்றுக்குப் பெருந்தீங்கு விளையுமோ என்ற அச்சம் உண்டாகின்றது. அவ்வாறு தீங்கு வராது பாதுகாத்து இவ்வச்சத்தை ஒழித்தருள வேண்டுமென்று பெரிய பிராட்டியும் பூமிப் பிராட்டியும் உன்னை வேண்டிக்கொள்வார்கள். நீ உன் கருணையைப் பயன்படுத்தி உனது ஒப்பற்ற சக்தியால் தானே முன்னின்று எங்களது அச்சத்தைப் போக்கியருள வேண்டும்.
Periya Piratti and Bhoomi Piratti Who Invoke the Lord’s Compassion
O Lord Ranganatha! You are filled with countless divine and auspicious qualities, but among them, Your compassion shines the most, and so You are known as an ocean of mercy. The sacred Sriranga Vimanam and other holy elements here have been worshipped with great reverence by great souls like Manu and Mandhata. But now, there are enemies here who are even more harmful than asuras, and there is fear that they may cause great damage to this sacred place. To prevent such harm and remove this fear, Periya Piratti and Bhoomi Piratti themselves will pray to You. Therefore, You must use Your compassion and unmatched power, take the lead, and protect us by removing our fear.
